We roast every week and ship within 14 days of roasting. You’ll always receive beans at their peak freshness ready to brew or rest a few more days depending on your preference.

Blends (like The Original): are balanced and versatile great with milk or espresso.

Single origins (like Amêndoa Doce): a unique flavor expressions from one farm or region great for black coffee or pour-over lovers.

We currently offer coffee subscriptions and wholesale supply for cafés, offices, or gifting. Reach out through our Contact page and we’ll tailor something for you.

Unopened, our coffee stays fresh for 4-6 weeks. Once opened, aim to finish it within 4 weeks for the best flavor experience.
