Standard Shipping Policy

Roasted Rocks occasionally offers shipping promotions, including free shipping for orders over a certain amount. These promotions may change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:

West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
East Malaysia: 5–7 working days
Singapore: 5–7 working days

Please note: Roasted Rocks is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by authorities.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is not currently available. We are working towards offering this service in the future.

Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the item is returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition, with original packaging included. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the return is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges may also be requested within 14 days for items of equal value, or upgraded by paying the difference.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used coffee products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange compensation or replacement after reviewing the case. Roasted Rocks reserves the right to decline returns made outside this timeframe.
