Abyssinia the ancient name of Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. This reserve lot from Yirgacheffe offers a cup that’s as timeless and elegant as the land it comes from.

Expect a beautifully clean and floral cup, with lemon zest brightness, bergamot aromatics, and a jasmine tea body that lingers softly. We roast it light to medium to preserve its delicate citrus and stone fruit clarity the kind of cup that invites stillness and awakens presence.
