Our Hitam Manis series brings together exceptional Sumatran lots where volcanic soil, high altitudes, and the traditional wet-hulling method create coffees with intense body, rustic sweetness, and signature Indonesian spice.

 

This current lot comes from the Mandheling region, carefully roasted to bring out its rich depth, full-bodied warmth, and earthy charm.

Dark chocolate, dried fruit, and warm spice, with a grounding, syrupy body and a long, sweet finish.

Roasted to medium to highlight its rustic complexity while maintaining smoothness in every cup.
