Our latest Colombian lot, Sol de Colombia, comes from the high-altitude region of Huila a place known for producing some of the most elegant and expressive coffees in the world. Grown and sourced through the FNC, this Supremo coffee showcases a beautiful balance of hazelnut-toffee chocolate, tangerine brightness, and a soft, lingering black tea finish.
 
We’ve roasted it to a light-medium level to preserve its citrus clarity and round sweetness, smooth enough for black coffee lovers, yet comforting with milk.
